Keeping in mind the problem of public health and sanitation, a dispensary was opened in 1960. It is now a fully fledged dispensary covering various departments such as cardiology, dermatology, ENT, orthopedic, genecology, pediatrics, dental, neurology, etc. Besides, pathology and x-ray facilities are also available.
Ayurvedic and homeopathic department under supervision of experts are also functioning. This has been done keeping in view the present trend where there is consistent demand for ayurvedic and homeopathic treatment.
People from weaker section are treated free and arrangements are also made to provide free medicines. Patients who need hospitalization and unable to afford it, are given monetary help by giving direct payment to the hospital where they
Mahatma Gandhi, Babu Rajendra Prasad, Rajarishi Purushottamdas Tandon, Acharya Kripalani, Morarjee Desai, R Venkataraman, Atal Behari Vajpayee, etc., were some of the prominent visitors to our Chamber. The list also includes Chief Ministers and Ministers of various states, Heads of Government Departments, etc.
